The rooms are absolutely luxurious, with high-quality beds and linen. The bathrooms are fitted with premium sanitary ware and have a variety of lighting combinations. The staff is professional and kind, making you feel like royalty. The breakfast is also amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There was a faint damp smell in the toilet area, which could indicate high humidity or stale condensation.

The staff was cheerful and helpful, and even secured a safe parking spot for our motorcycle. The breakfast was delicious, with options like omelettes and scrambled eggs. The hotel is well-located and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The welcome note left in our room and the helpfulness of the staff when we arrived were great. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and wanted to see. the room was spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the complementary tea and coffee making facilities, plus the well-stocked mini bar at affordable prices.

The room setup wasn't great. There was nowhere to put our clothes, and we spent the entire time managing them from our luggage.

Stayed over Christmas, clean modern rooms and excellent location near cafes. The queen suite had huge cosy beds, and an option to choose rooms with exposed wooden beams. The location was really convenient and well-placed near local cafes and entertainment. the staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

No breakfast available and limited storage in the rooms. Although there were plenty of nearby options for breakfast, it would have been nice to have it in-house.
